Ariel Texas Star was established in 1994 by Efraim Abramoff. As founder and manager of Ariel Texas Star Efraim has identified and developed a variety of specialized projects in the San Antonio area. With over 40 years experience Efraim takes bold initiatives with new technology and developmental strategies. From the early 1970’s to 1986 Efraim founded Orah Wall Companies that developed some of San Antonio’s major landmarks including Horizon Hill Subdivision, Ashford Oaks Office Tower, Energy Plaza, Windsor Executive Plaza, Broadview Office Building, and other commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects including over 1600 apartment units after which he spent some time in California.

     Since Efraim re-entered the market he has acquired and built a diverse inventory of properties from a one-acre site to a 200,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility to a two story Class “A” office building, Edan Professional Building. Over the next several years, Ariel Texas Star will be purchasing select tracts of land, and develop various commercial properties in excess of 300,000+ sq.ft.
